About
In 1982, on Govardhan Hill's sacred parikrama path, प्रो. भगवान सिंह हलवाई lit a wood-fired hearth with one vow — a mithai as pure as the soil beneath Giriraj Baba's feet.
Four decades on, that vow lives as Shree Girraj Misthan Bhandar— only desi ghee, only the day's finest milk, each sweet first offered as bhog, then rolled by hand.
